I had horrendous shooting pains in the middle of the night in my calf muscles in pregnancy (apparently it�??s common!) so my friend recommended this magnesium cream as it�??s safe for pregnancy and boy was it the best recommendation ever! I no longer woke in the middle of the night with cramps in my calves. Postpartum came and I coslept with my little one, I would get very sore hips from being in the same position for good chunks of the night. Again I put this on my hips before bed and boom, no longer wake in pain. I�??ve been using this stuff for almost 5 years now, highly recommend to you mamas who always put everyone else�??s needs ahead of your own - you need sleep!
Post Exercise Recovery is greatly helped using this product, reducing DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). I've recommended it for hyper tense muscles and improved sleep quality. Absorbs well without a "gritty" feel on the skin.
I first saw this a few years ago at a podiatrist's and decided to give it a try as I was always needing to take magnesium capsules to fix hand and leg cramps, skin twitching beneath my eyes and teeth sensitivity.
I found it was so good I bought some for Mum.
My family mainly use it for leg cramps and to help feel calm.
