How soon will my order be dispatched? We pride ourselves on getting all orders on the courier the day after they come in. Please ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address. Our priority is that you are happy with your purchase. If you have concerns about the quality of the product then please use the Contact Us page of the website, telling us your concerns. We will address all concerns within 3 working days. Any issues around quality will only be addressed within 14 days of you receiving your product. Important: Please note we have recommended storage temperatures on most of our products. If they get too cold or too hot, then the consistency will change. This is not a fault - it is a trade-off for the purity and minimal number of ingredients. The product will still be good to use. We do not offer refunds but instead will replace product if we consider concerns to be genuine. We may ask you to return unused product before we can issue a replacement. Please note if you purchased the product from one of our retail outlets, then you will have to contact them and their policy will apply.
